Payment Policy

  • 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the package.
  • Remaining 50% payment must be cleared on Day 1 of the trip, at the time of arrival or check-in.
  • Booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.
  • Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or cash, if applicable.
  • Any delay in payment may lead to cancellation of booking without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Time Charges
More than 7 days before travel date 25% of total package cost
3 to 7 days before travel date 50% of total package cost
Less than 3 days before travel date 75% of total package cost
Same day cancellation / No Show 100% of total package cost

Refund Policy

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3-5 working days.
  • Hotel, transport, and third-party cancellation charges, if any, will be deducted.
  • Any transaction or payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

Amendment / Rescheduling Policy

  • Date changes are subject to availability of hotels and transport.
  • Rescheduling requests must be informed at least 5 days prior to travel date.
  • Any cost difference due to season change, hotel tariff, or vehicle cost will be payable by the customer.

Important Terms & Conditions

  • Check-in and check-out timings will be as per hotel policy.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges.
  • Vehicle will be provided as per itinerary only, not on disposal basis unless specified.
  • In case of natural calamities, road blockage, weather conditions, or government restrictions, itinerary may change and no refund will be applicable for unutilized services.
  • The company is not responsible for delays, accidents, or loss of belongings during the trip.
  • Guests are requested to carry valid ID proof during travel.
  • Any damage caused to hotel property or vehicle will be chargeable to the customer.
