Please review the payment, cancellation, extra usage, and billing terms before confirming your cab booking.

Payment Policy

  • A 20% advance payment of the total trip cost is required to confirm the cab booking.
  • Bookings will be considered confirmed only after receiving the advance amount.
  • The remaining 80% balance amount must be paid on the last day of the trip before drop-off.
  • Payments are accepted via UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, bank transfer, or cash if informed in advance.

During Trip Expenses

  • Additional kilometers, extra hours, parking charges, toll taxes if not included, and state taxes will be charged separately.
  • All extra usage and applicable charges must be cleared before trip completion.
  • Final billing will be shared on the last day of the trip based on actual usage and agreed package.
  • In case of non-payment or delay in final payment, the company reserves the right to withhold drop-off service until dues are cleared.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Time Charges / Refund
More than 72 hours before pickup Full refund after deducting minimal processing charges, if applicable
48 to 72 hours before pickup 25% of total booking amount will be charged
24 to 48 hours before pickup 50% of total booking amount will be charged
Less than 24 hours before pickup / No Show 100% of total booking amount will be charged. No refund.

Trip Changes

  • If the trip is ended before the scheduled duration, no refund will be provided for unused days or hours.
  • Any last-minute changes in timing, route, pickup location, or drop location are subject to availability.
  • Customer-requested changes may incur additional charges.

Force Majeure

  • No refund will be applicable in case of cancellations due to natural calamities, road blockages, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond control.
  • Advance payment is required to confirm the cab booking. Bookings without advance payment will not be considered confirmed.
