Cancellation Policy
At Udaan Travelss, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our service partners.
1. Cancellation by Customer
If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the timeline below:
More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the total package cost
15 to 30 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost
7 to 14 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost
Less than 7 days before departure or No Show: 100% of the total package cost (No Refund)
2. Cancellation by Udaan Travelss
In rare cases, if we have to cancel a trip due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., natural disasters, insufficient bookings, government restrictions), we will:
Offer a full refund of the package amount paid, or
Provide an option to reschedule the trip or shift to another available package
3. Refund Policy
Refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation.
The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
Service charges, taxes, or transaction fees may be deducted from the total refundable amount.
4. Non-Refundable Components
Certain bookings like flight/train/bus tickets, visa charges, and hotel bookings may be non-refundable, based on third-party policies. These will be informed at the time of booking.
5. Modifications & Postponement
Any changes in travel dates or package components are subject to availability and may attract rescheduling charges.
Postponements are allowed only if requested at least 15 days before the departure date.
